Job summary

AFL Global, a leading data center infrastructure provider, is seeking a Construction Manager II to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center construction projects. You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while serving as the primary liaison between AFL, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction management experience, with at least 2+ years supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate construction activities to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables with regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope documents for compliance.
• Direct daily field operations and oversee subcontractors and site personnel.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships; manage change orders.
• Implement safety, quality controls, and project turnover activities.
