Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior commissioning leader to own and drive field commissioning across MEP systems for hyperscale data center projects, with on-site authority and a focus on end-to-end delivery.

You will lead testing, energization sequencing, and on-site coordination with clients and trades, traveling to project sites as required. This role demands high accountability and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the field commissioning program across all MEP systems on hyperscale data center projects at 100MW+, serving as the primary on-site authority for mechanical, electrical, and controls integration.
• Lead every commissioning phase from pre-functional testing through functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing to owner acceptance.
• Own startup and energization sequencing for chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS/EPMS.
• Own the six-week look-ahead and constraint log, surfacing and resolving upstream constraints before they hit the schedule.
• Run site meetings with clients, consultants, and trades, presenting commissioning status, risk, and recovery plans.
• Travel at least 50% to project sites.
