Crux AI is building integrated AI infrastructure in the United States to remove constraints on consequential AI ambitions. This role leads construction for Crux data center projects, accountable for safety, quality, schedule milestones, forecast accuracy, and cost through GMP and closeout.

You will manage general contractors and trade partners on fast-track, high-density builds and fit-outs, including work inside third-party powered shells.

Formación

• 10+ years in construction management of large technical projects, data center preferred.
• Owner-side accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and change orders.
• Fast-track delivery experience with live/partner facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own onsite execution for one or more projects and manage safety, quality, schedule.
• Oversee GC and trade partner relationships and change orders.
• Coordinate external dependencies like permitting, energization, and equipment.
• Manage owner-furnished equipment procurement, delivery, and installation.
• Drive cost discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Lead handoff to operations including commissioning and warranty.
• Reduce field labor via prefabrication and constructability improvements.
