Job summary

Crux AI is seeking a seasoned Site Facility Operations Lead to own electrical, mechanical, fire/safety, and controls infrastructure for a high-density, liquid-cooled TPU cluster site. You will head the 24/7 site facility team and drive maintenance, drills, and change control to ensure uptime across Crux infrastructure.

You will manage commissioning, acceptance testing, and transition to steady-state operations, while owning the site budget and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in critical facility or data center operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls infra and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct site facility operations 24/7 with engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Maintain electrical systems, mechanical plant, fire/life-safety, and controls.
• Run CMMS preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Enforce SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and change management on energized systems.
• Lead incident response from detection to RCA and remediation.
• Manage colocation partner audits and SLA enforcement.
• Support site bring-up, commissioning, and warranty management.
• Own site budget, utilities, and energy performance with safety culture.
