Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Connectivity Integration Lead to support data center design, engineering, and construction programs. You will standardize builds, mitigate risks, and mentor teams in DEC telecommunication design, tooling, and vendor management across multiple sites.

Up to 50% travel is expected to collaborate across the portfolio. You will lead the embedment of connectivity systems, support preconstruction planning, and drive continuous improvement through partnerships with DEC

Qualifications

• 8+ years in structured cabling and hyperscale data centers.
• Proven delivery of high-quality cabling installations.
• Strong vendor negotiation and change-management skills.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives globally.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, procurement, and execution of connectivity scope across sites.
• Communicate impact on capacity delivery and escalate as needed.
• Drive design integration of Connectivity Systems across programs.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning for New Build and Retrofit projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, and Network teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Provide feedback on design documents, BOMs, and system requirements.
• Mentor teams on best practices, quality reviews, and testing.
• Monitor performance of contractors and oversee change orders.
• Assist site teams with tech mods and requirements changes.
• Coordinate with other Connectivity Leads for alignment and sharing learnings.
