Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for one of our major hyperscale accounts, managing client relationships and service quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing MSAs/SOWs, and handling invoicing and quarterly reviews. A Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel across the United States are preferred. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Ability to interpret MSAs and SOWs, and produce client reporting packages.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent time management.
• Bachelor’s degree encouraged; willing to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary point of contact for hyperscale accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute client projects and SLAs.
• Review MSAs/SOWs and help scope projects with vendors.
• Produce monthly invoices and quarterly business reviews for the client.
