Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for one of our key hyperscale accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and world‑class service through independent judgment and collaboration across internal teams.

Responsibilities include leading client relationships, driving operational execution, interpreting MSAs/SOWs, and overseeing invoicing and monthly settlements.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and support invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; travel across the United States expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact; communicate SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure operational alignment.
• Interpret MSAs/SOWs, scope projects, and oversee third‑party vendors.
• Gather data for quarterly reviews, manage monthly invoicing and settlements.
