Iron Mountain is seeking a Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team as the single point of contact for a major hyperscale account. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage data pipelines, and foster a high-performing, service-focused culture.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align SLAs, oversee invoicing, and interpret MSAs/SOWs. ABachelor’s degree is encouraged, with the ability to travel across the United States in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing, and prepare client reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel nationwide within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary contact and communicate SLAs.
• Partner across teams to ensure assets are received, processed, and reconciled; investigate discrepancies.
• Interpret MSAs/SOWs, help scope projects, and oversee third‑party vendors for assets disposal.
• Gather data to generate quarterly reviews, manage monthly invoicing, and prepare settlement reports.
