Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will act as the single point of contact for a key hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and world-class service quality.

You will manage client relationships, interpret MSAs/SOWs, and oversee invoicing and reporting as part of a globally recognized storage and information management leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and perform data analysis for client reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong time management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary contact and align SLAs.
• Drive cross-functional execution to ensure asset processing and reconciliation.
• Manage MSAs/SOWs, project scoping, and vendor oversight.
• Gather data for QBRs, manage monthly invoicing, and prepare settlement reports.
