Job summary

CIBC in Chicago is seeking an Application Support professional to provide investigation and second-level support for client and technical issues across internal and external applications. You will manage incidents, liaise with technology groups, and maintain production systems.

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite at least two days per week with remote work possible on other days. You will use ITIL practices and cloud concepts to drive stable operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Application Support experience with Hyperion, Essbase, patching, and ITIL (ServiceNow).
• Experience coding and maintaining MaxL scripts.
• Familiarity with Azure and RBAC/Privileged Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide investigation and second-level support for client and technical issues, outages, and inquiries.
• Manage, prioritize, and address issues by liaising with technology groups and vendors.
• Maintain production applications and oversee daily operational activities; coordinate recovery during outages.
• Leadership in change management and ensuring regulatory and security standards are met.
