Ascension Health in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Hyperbaric Wound Care department on Day Shift and PRN. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and execute physician orders to ensure safe patient discharge planning.

A Texas RN license and BLS are required, with 2–3 years of inpatient nursing and wound care experience valued. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous patient assessment, and adherence to standards

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in an inpatient or acute care setting.
• Wound care experience or related specialty desired.
• Certified Wound Care Nurse is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient condition.
• Acts as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assists with discharge planning and coordinates needs with the health care team.
