Innovent Global, Inc. in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking an experienced Hyperbaric Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You will provide advanced, evidence-based wound care and deliver hyperbaric oxygen therapy in our center.

Serving Charlotte County’s retirement community, you’ll manage diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, pressure injuries, and other complex wounds while promoting healing, mobility, and quality of life. Hybrid support and state-of-the-art care offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an NP program (MSN or DNP).
• Current Florida APRN license with prescriptive authority or eligibility.
• Wound care certification: CWCN/WCC/CWCA/CWOCN.
• Hyperbaric credential (CHT/CHRN or UHMS-approved).
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• 2+ years NP experience in wound care or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for wounds.
• Provide direct wound care, including debridement and topical therapies.
• Evaluate HBOT candidates; document treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during HBOT; manage contraindications and complications.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging; prescribe meds and DME per Florida scope.
• Collaborate with physicians and other specialists.
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention and diabetes management.
• Document care in EMR; support quality metrics and regulatory standards.
