Job summary

Spencer Hospital is seeking a dedicated professional to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing, and wound care under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician. You will perform daily chamber operations, document treatment notes, and ensure equipment reliability while maintaining a safe patient environment.

The role requires completion of the Introductory Hyperbaric Medicine Course and eligibility to take the Certified Hyperbaric Technologist exam.

Qualifications

• Current license or certification in one of the listed areas.
• Introductory Hyperbaric Medicine Course completion is required.
• Must be able to take the Certified Hyperbaric Technologist examination as soon as feasible upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer hyperbaric therapy and wound care under physician supervision.
• Perform daily chamber opening and closing; document per policy.
• Maintain equipment and infection control standards; ensure supplies.
• Document treatment notes and patient records in EMR.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with staff and patients.
• Assist with marketing, inventory, and quality improvement tasks.
