Job summary

Healogics in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with the Program Director and facility management, and maintain documentation, training, and incident reporting to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• CHT/CHS certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience in wound or critical care preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber(s) and support systems.
• Educate and orient patients about HBO therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document daily treatments and patient records.
• Lead hyperbaric safety program activities and drills.
• Collaborate with program director and safety committees.
