Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related support systems. The role leads the hyperbaric safety program, conducts safety drills, and ensures compliance with hospital and CMS guidelines.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, HBO Safety and Intro courses, and state licenses/certifications where applicable, with CHST/CHS preferred. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; professional certification preferred (CHT/CHS).
• Pre- or post-hire HBO Safety course completion within past 5 years.
• Pre- or post-hire completion of HBO Safety Intro course from recognized bodies.
• Current healthcare professional license/certification as applicable in state of practice (RN, EMT, CMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber(s) and related oxygen systems.
• Educate and orient patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and monitor treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entries for treatments and visits.
• Lead safety program activities and ensure safe environment and compliance with NFPA 99.
