Job summary

Applicants must hold a current license, maintain NBDHMT credentials, complete a 40-hour course, and obtain BCLS. CHT eligibility is required within 365 days, with at least 12 months of hyperbaric experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license or certification in the qualifying field.
• Maintain NBDHMT credential and complete a 40-hour Introductory Hyperbaric Medicine Course.
• Current BCLS certificate and readiness for CHt certification within 365 days.
• At least 12 months of hyperbaric medicine experience after training.
• Good understanding of codes and regulations governing hyperbaric facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of hyperbaric patients and day-to-day facility operations.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and scope of care.
• Document care, participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Perform rounds, participate in patient conferences, and update care plans.
• Maintain competencies, ongoing education, and certifications as required.
