Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a dedicated Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, guide them through services, and support booking, onboarding and product knowledge.

This role requires at least one year of customer service in retail, weekend availability, and either a kinesiology-related degree or progression toward one; it offers an hourly wage plus incentives and complimentary access to wellness services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore services.
• Assist with booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, including phone tasks.
