You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical initiatives, coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

• Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities.

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Hyper Scale data center and/or industrial electrical projects. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality
• Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects
• Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
