Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with populations facing homelessness, poverty, or related conditions preferred.
• Must complete Crisis Prevention training within 3 months of hire.
• Simple computer literacy (email, databases, word processing) required.
• St. Anthony's uses E-Verify to validate work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Treat guests with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Screen and intake clients, assist with services, maintain facilities, and record data.
• Refer guests to additional hygiene resources and partner services.
• Maintain inventory and restock the Hygiene Hub.
• Complete reports and input data into the database; follow policies and procedures.
