Qualifications

• Ability to work sensitively with individuals from diverse cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
• CPR and first aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Previous experience working with the unhoused community or Home Health Aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report on health & safety issues.
• Assist health care providers with client navigation.
