Coastal Kids Dental and Braces - Mt Pleasant is seeking a Dental Hygiene Assistant to support pediatric hygiene services. You will help with room setup, charting, x-rays, patient education, and sterilization as part of a fun, quality-focused team.

The ideal candidate has X-ray certification and prior back-office dental experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Thursday hours with some Saturdays may apply.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification required.
• Experience with dental digital charting.
• Back office dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hygiene care including room setup and breakdown.
• Perform charting and x-rays.
• Educate patients and sterilize instruments.

As a Dental Hygiene Assistant with Coastal Kids Dental and Braces - Mt Pleasant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children have lifetime of beautiful smiles! The Hygiene Assistant is responsible for assisting with all hygiene care including room set up and breakdown, charting, x-rays, patient education, and sterilization.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 715a - 430p, Friday 715a - 330p, and some Saturdays

Key Skills For This Role Include

• Coronal Polishing Certificate and X-ray Certification are a plus
• Working knowledge and experience with dental digital charting

• Ability to multi-task, take direction and be a flexible team player
