Job summary

Pro-Vac is seeking a Laborer to support hydro-excavation operations across various sites in the United States. You will help load, unload, and move materials and operate vacuum equipment under supervision, gaining hands-on experience.

The role offers a direct growth path from Laborer to Operator, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and opportunities including CDL School. Expect travel and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform daily physical activity outdoors.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work nights, weekends and on-call when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Safely operating high pressure wands and vacuum hose for excavation needs.
• Assisting with hydro-excavation and spotting vehicles during positioning.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and proper tool storage.
• Preparing for the day by reviewing instructions and required tools with accuracy.
