Job summary

Pro-Vac is seeking a Laborer to operate and assist in hydro-excavation using vacuum equipment and remote tools. You will work with a team, overcome site challenges, and learn from skilled operators. The role offers a growth path toward becoming an Operator with CDL school potential.

You must be reliable, motivated, and eager to grow with Pro-Vac, with the ability to travel, pass screenings, and meet DOT requirements. Competitive benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Positive, motivated self-starter.
• Curious and independent problem-solver.
• Able to travel extensively with overnight assignments.
• Able to pass drug & background screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and Pro-Vac/DOT driving requirements.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call when needed.
• Professionalism in customer interactions.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and perform daily physical activity outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
