Job summary

Pro-Vac is hiring a Hydro Vac Technician to support hydro-excavation projects. You will operate sophisticated vacuum excavation equipment, assist with remote tools, and solve daily challenges with a strong team.

The role offers mentorship and a defined growth path toward becoming an Operator, with CDL sponsorship potential. You will be expected to travel extensively, work nights and weekends when required, and pass drug and background screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be a reliable worker with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and willing to grow with the company.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and DOT driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Safely operating high pressure wands and flexible vacuum hose for excavation needs.
• Assisting with hydro-excavation and spotting vehicles while positioning.
• Housekeeping: keep job sites and trucks clean and organized.
• Prepare for the day by verifying instructions and required tools.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and exceed client expectations.
