Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems for precise digging and utility uncovering on construction sites. You will contribute to essential infrastructure projects while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are preferred, with union wages and benefits discussed with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 (preferred).
• Experience driving manual transmission (10–18 speeds) without auto restrictions (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and perform manual labor in varying weather.
