Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for various construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork within essential infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
• Contribute to construction projects with safety-conscious, detail-oriented work.
• Work in a safety-focused environment and follow site regulations.
