Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely excavate using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. You will help dig, uncover utilities, and support various construction projects in a safety-focused environment.

Role requires a valid CDL, ability to travel up to 25%, and endurance for manual labor in varying weather. Pay starts at $30.00 per hour and increases with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL (Class A or B).
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10–18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Contribute to various construction projects while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.
