Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely excavate with high-pressure water and vacuum systems on construction sites in Indiana. You will dig precisely, uncover utilities, and contribute to essential infrastructure projects.

Qualified candidates have CDL Class A or B, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, and the stamina for manual labor and shift work. Union wages and benefits are discussed directly with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A or B license and a clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts and travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment with high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and expose utilities.
• Perform job duties safely while supporting construction projects.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety policies.
