In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently to excavate and uncover utilities.
• Assist in construction projects by providing precise excavation support.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Minimum age: 21 years.

• Customer service orientation and comfort with customer interaction.
• Enthusiasm for safety and teamwork.
• Technological proficiency.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• Complete pre-employment screenings, including physical examination, driver's abstract review, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Union membership may be required as per collective bargaining agreement.
