In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently to excavate and uncover utilities.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during operations.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment at job sites.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of hydrovac equipment.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Customer service orientation and comfortable with customer interaction.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a safety-focused, collaborative team.
• Technologically adept.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• Candidates must undergo a physical examination and pre-employment screenings, including driver’s abstract review and drug/alcohol testing.
• This position may require union membership as per collective bargaining agreement.
