Driven Services is seeking a Hydrovac Supervisor in Whitsett, Texas to lead daily field operations and ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability. This role manages scheduling, pricing accuracy, and field staff training, while maintaining strong customer relationships and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management experience in industrial services or construction (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of excavation safety and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Service Core or similar field service software.
• Solution-oriented, accountable, and able to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct two field safety audits per week covering JSA documentation and excavation safety.
• Oversee scheduling, ticketing, and time entries in Service Core, ensuring accurate pricing and job scopes.
• Secure and track purchase orders daily, with updates submitted by 9:00 AM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; lead hiring and develop training programs for the team.
• Plan dispatching, crew pairings, and truck routing for project success.
