The role involves non-destructive excavation around sensitive underground utilities, with duties extending to equipment maintenance and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA10 certification required or provided within 5 days of hire.
• CDL-A or CDL-B with Tanker endorsement and no restrictions.
• DOT Medical card up to date and tanker endorsement mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate the on-board hydro-vacuum system for 70%+ of shift on non-destructive excavation around underground utilities.
• Document all required company, federal, state and customer paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with on-site representatives to locate safest parking and work locations.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety as a core priority at all times.
• Travel out of town/state to work assignments as required.
• Lift/push/pull 60+ pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Maintain flexible hours and adhere to safety policies.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to navigate field tools.
