Job summary

HydroExcavators, LLC seeks a field operator to perform hydro-vacuum excavations around sensitive underground piping and cables. You will operate the on-board system, document mandatory records, and coordinate with on-site representatives.

Position requires CDL with Tanker endorsement, OSHA-10 or equivalent, physical ability to lift 60+ lbs, and willingness to travel to various job sites. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CDL-A or CDL-B with Tanker endorsement and no restrictions.
• OSHA10 safety certification required or provided after hiring.
• Experience with hydrovac or vacuum trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate on-board hydro-vacuum system for non-destructive excavation.
• Document company, federal, state and customer paperwork clearly.
• Lead subordinates to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Travel to job sites out of town/state; lift 60+ pounds as required.
• Maintain safety mindset; adapt to flexible hours.
