Job summary

HydroExcavators, LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to operate hydro-vacuum systems for non-destructive excavation around sensitive underground structures. The role requires a CDL-A or CDL-B driver’s license and involves physical labor, working at heights, and various hydrovac tasks including tank entry and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous hydrovac, vacuum truck, underground utility or similar field experience is preferred.
• Up to date DOT Medical card is required.
• Tanker endorsement is a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate the on-board hydro-vacuum system outside the truck.
• Document all required paperwork in a clear manner.
• Communicate with on-site customers about equipment parking.

Manual transmission (13-18 speed) experience

Knowledge of emergency processes

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

OSHA10 safety card certification
