• Coordinate internal and external resources for construction and permitting.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and codes.
• Lead pre-bid and preconstruction meetings with contractors.
• Advise management on corrective actions as issues arise.
• Apply Brookfield HSE policies to all projects; manage contracted work.
• Provide cost control and monthly spending forecasts.
• Ensure project records are stored for future reference.
