Mazgan A.C. & Heating Repair in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Heating and Hot Water Service Technician for residential and light‑commercial work across Brooklyn and the NYC area. The role emphasizes boilers, hydronic heating, and water heating systems.
You will diagnose and repair gas boilers, tankless water heaters, and related controls, with strong customer communication. We offer full‑time year‑round work, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a company vehicle for field
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on heating or plumbing service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability with boilers and water heating systems.
- Own basic hand tools and valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas boilers and hydronic heating systems.
- Service conventional and high-efficiency boilers and tankless water heaters.
- Install and service standard water heaters and indirect water heaters.
- Troubleshoot circulator pumps, zone valves, controls, thermostats, and relays.
- Explain repair recommendations clearly to customers and complete service documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area.
