Job summary

Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to execute full-cycle sales processes in hydronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer relationships and retention, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling HVAC hydronic equipment/systems.
• Experience in construction and engineering industry preferred.
• Ability to analyze construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full cycle sales process according to company best practices.
• Build relationships with customers focusing on service and retention.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve hydronic sales growth goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts using the company's CRM.
• Conduct quarterly Account Reviews with the team.
• Travel required within territory, 50%-75% of time out of the office.
