Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 4 years of experience allowed in lieu.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong background in fluid dynamics and mechanical design.
• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions for complex hydromechanical and fluid power systems.
• Apply strong analytical methods to evaluate system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving hydraulic and mechanical machinery.
• Perform system modeling, validation, and performance analysis.
• Work hands-on with equipment to support testing, maintenance, and system improvements.
• Utilize CAD software to develop and modify mechanical designs.
• Conduct or support finite element analysis (FEA) as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and best practices.
