Quiddity, Inc. seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Technical Director to lead and grow our Texas municipal water and wastewater services.

The role focuses on planning, design, and delivery of treatment facilities, pump stations, and regulatory-driven improvements across the state. As a key leadership position within a management-owned firm, you will influence growth, with ownership participation possible for significant contributors.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a strong background in municipal infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in client management, business development, and public-sector project delivery.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for Quiddity’s Texas Water/Wastewater practice.
• Participate in business development and client relationship efforts with Texas cities, utility districts, river authorities, and regional agencies.
• Lead design and quality management of multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated water and wastewater solutions.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction-phase services ensuring compliance with regulations, budgets, and schedules.
