Job summary

PLUG POWER INC is hiring a Site Superintendent in Kentucky responsible for on-site coordination of hydrogen fueling infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget while managing subcontractors, materials, and site crews.

This role requires significant travel throughout the U.S. and includes managing safety standards, overseeing construction activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working experience as a site superintendent.
• Ability to travel frequently within the U.S. for customer site management.
• Proven track record in construction management with timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for all construction activities.
• Maintain a daily log of jobsite activities.
• Ensure budgetary parameters are met.

Skills

Construction management experience

Ability to read blueprints and P&IDs

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Hydrogen and/or fuel cells

Education

High school diploma

Vocational or college degree in relevant field
