Job summary

Top Tempo Technical is seeking a Field Service Technician to support hydrogen fuel cell systems across New York and the East Coast. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining advanced fuel cell equipment while delivering exceptional customer support.

Candidates with electrical and mechanical experience in EVs, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on field service or related technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydrogen fuel cell modules and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, refurbishments, and component replacements.
• Conduct functional and leak testing and verify equipment performance.
• Travel to customer sites across New York and the East Coast.
• Assist with field upgrades, commissioning, and customer training.
