Contract Management at GE Vernova is integrated into project delivery from the bidding and negotiation stages through execution, close-out, and warranty. In this role, you will develop and implement project-specific contractual strategies, manage commercial risk, support negotiations, lead change and claims management activities, and protect GE Vernova's contractual interests throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a strong background in EPC or other complex project environments, demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities, and the ability to provide clear contractual guidance to cross-functional project teams.
