Job summary

HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead the Hydrodynamic Design Team. You will guide hydroacoustics, hydrodynamics, and CFD efforts for the next-generation submarine programs and Navy platforms.

Expect strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on innovation and quality. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering (ABET) with 6+ years of progressive technical experience; a Master's and related experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design.
• Newport News Shipbuilding requires an engineering degree with relevant experience.
