Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design.
• Master's degree with 4 years relevant experience.
• Specific knowledge of VCS, SEAWOLF, and SSN 688 Class submarines.
• Understanding of how technical requirements vary between the different classes.
• Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program operational and maintenance experience for submarines or aircraft carriers.
• Experience leading new design programs and interdisciplinary teams; strong communication skills.
