The Opportunity

Serve as an engineer across government, technical teams, and industry performers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects or programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or 4+ years of experience in a submarine technical role in lieu of a degree

Additional Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience with NAVSEA or U.S. Submarines
• 5+ years of experience supporting technical or defense industry
• Experience in submarine hydrodynamics, stability and control, submarine control systems, naval architecture principles, model scale testing and submarine maneuvering systems
• Experience managing complex Navy projects with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Experience supporting Navy acquisition programs

Security Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Additional benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
