Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to perform safe, high-pressure cleaning at customer sites across our service lines in Virginia. You will join a safety-conscious team and may lead two or more crews, planning and coordinating daily operations while ensuring proper documentation and equipment operation.

You will operate hydro-blasting gear, handle high-pressure pumps, and ensure compliance with customer specs and company policies.

Competenze

• Vocational preparation including classroom safety training.
• Language proficiency: understands English for safety training and emergency instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and driving policy requirements.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Provide Federal TWIC.

Mansioni

• Act as safety representative for company and customer safety policies.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required.
• Operate special equipment like ultra-high-pressure pumps.
• Energize pumping equipment and operate hydro-blasting/chemical cleaning gear.
• Inspect surfaces for conformance to specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• For supervisors: interface with customers, ensure performance and policy adherence, report to branch manager.
