Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute jobs across service lines at customer locations. This role may lead two or more crews, plan daily operations, and ensure proper documentation, equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Safety training and strong adherence to safety policies.
• English language proficiency to understand safety training and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies of the company and customer, including operations, safety, equipment and administrative tasks.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment as required.
• Operate special equipment such as ultra-high-pressure pumps and vacuum/ cutting equipment at job sites.
• Engage with customers to ensure scope and requirements are met, and report results to branch manager.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure conformity to specifications.
