Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute jobs at customer locations across service lines. You will lead crews, ensure equipment operation, drive efficiencies, and maintain documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hydro-blasting equipment is required.
• Valid driver’s license and TWIC must be maintained.
• Ability to work up to 16 hours per shift and handle strenuous physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer policies.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required.
• Operate special equipment such as ultra-high-pressure pumps.
• Ensure job site documentation is accurate and timely.
• Interface with customer to meet job setup and scope requirements.
