Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring a Hydro Testing Technician in Tulsa, OK to perform hydrostatic pressure testing on bundles and assemblies. This hands-on role ensures products meet top safety and quality standards and requires mechanical skill and attention to detail.

You will read engineering drawings and test specs, set up pumps, gauges, valves, and fittings, and document results while collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams. Expect stable, safety-focused work with multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial or mechanical assembly/testing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with hand tools and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented and mechanically skilled? A leading manufacturer is hiring for a Hydro Testing Technician to perform hydrostatic pressure testing on bundles and assemblies. This is a key hands-on role ensuring each product meets the highest safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hydrostatic pressure tests following ASME and company standards
• Set up and operate pumps, gauges, valves, and fittings
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and test specs
• Inspect parts for leaks or defects and document test results
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate test records

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of industrial or mechanical assembly/testing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and work with hand tools and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Forklift or ASME certification a plus
