Priority StaffCorp is seeking Assembly Fabrication & Hydro Test Technicians for oil & gas manufacturing environments in the United States. The roles include first, second and weekend third shift options, with exposure to assembly fabrication, CNC operation, sheet metal work, and hydrostatic testing of valves and piping.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, operate fabrication equipment such as shears, plate rollers, fiber lasers, and press brakes, and perform testing to ensure quality and

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing assembly fabrication CNC or hydro testing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using shop equipment, hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment and follow established quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Assemble mechanical components and fabricated parts
• Perform hydrostatic testing on valves piping and other components to verify quality and pressure integrity
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shears manual plate rollers fiber lasers flat and tube and press brakes
• Use hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures
